Terroir Daronton - named after its founders - delivers the finest expression of Rhone Valley wines.
Each cuvée is a blend of grape varieties and soils, selected for their ability to deliver the most accurate expression of its appellation.
Terroir
Clay and limestone soils covered by rolled pebble stones.
Winemaking
Grapes are harvested at the coolest hours of the day, then de-stemmed, pressed and fermented separately. Skin-contact maceration at low temperature (10°C). Only the first clear juices are collected. After blending, alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18°C.

Tasting
Complex and intense nose of raspberry and blacberry. Fresh, fruity and rich on the palate. Hints of pink pepper berries in the long finish.
