This family estate in Crozes Hermitage is cultivated by Pierre-Gilles, the father and Charles-Henri, the son. A common passion around their vines, half of which have been recently renewed and the other half is in old vines.

Fermentation between 23 and 25°C with 2 pumping over per day. Decanting and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting
Pretty dress with nice purple reflections. A fine nose with aromas of red fruits which bring greediness and notes of spices are revealed in a second time. A very fresh mouth, almost mentholated, with aromas of red fruits which come to complexify the aromatic bouquet. Nice balance with fine and silky tannins.
