The Estate covers 70ha in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes appellation. The Castillon family, owner of the property, has a long lasting commitment towards sustainable viticulture.

Located on the southern slopes of the Costières de Nimes area, facing the Camargue & the Mediterranean see, the property was created by monks in the 12th century. After the French Revolution, the Castillon family bought the estate and still owns the property nowadays. The vineyard is Organic certified and has started to convert towards biodynamic viticulture.
Location
The vineyard benefits from a southern exposure. During the summer, the sea breeze preserves the freshness of the wines and increases the aromatic palette of the grape varieties.
Terroir
Pebbles from the Quaternary era.
Winemaking
Grapes are harvested at the coolest hours of the day. After cold maceration during 3 days, the fermentation undergoes at controlled temperatures.
