Clay-limestone hillsides and sandy-clay soils, exposed south - southwest.
In the vineyard
Harvests mainly manual. Average yield 38 hl / ha. Average age of the vines: 42 years
Winemaking
Traditional vinification in concrete and stainless steel vats. Control of temperatures. Long fermentation, around 20 days.
