Location
Muscat Petit Grain grapes grows on the hills of Beaumes-de-Venise, in the heart of the South of France.
Winemaking
Grapes are harvested at optimum maturity during the coolest hours of the day to preserve their delicate aromas.
On arrival at the cellar, they are directly pressed. Only the first juices - the most aromatic and concentrated ones - are kept. Fermentation is initiated for carbonation but quickly stopped to prevent the grape sugar from converting into alcohol.
