Location
Our vines grow on slopes and terraces (300m high on average) with a rich geological history.
Terroir
Soils of skeletal limestone and sands of the Miocene period for a fruity and elegant Rosé.
In the vineyard
Harvest takes place at the coolest hours of the day to preserve the delicate aromas of the grapes.
Vinification
Direct pressing and cold skin-contact maceration to reach the perfect balance between roundness and delicacy. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to best express the aromas.
Ageing
Ageing on fine lees for some weeks.
