The wine
Famous for its bell tower and its typically Provençal alleys, the village of Visan is also a famous place for viticulture. Its proximity to the Cru Vinsobres, the most northerly in the region, and its tendency to conquer the hills give freshness and elegance to its wines. The bell tower of the village, which marks the silhouette of the landscape perfectly embodies their style: they compete in taste length and longevity.
Ground predominantly clay-limestone with sandy microzones on hillsides facing South-West.
In the vineyard
The vine is strained in Cordon de Royat. Planting density 4000 vine / ha.
Traditional vinification by direct pressing. Control of the vinification temperature between 14 ° and 17 ° C.

Tasting notes
Bright pale yellow color with green reflections. Nose: white flesh fruits and citrus with a floral touch. On the palate, nice freshness and minerality. Long and balanced.
Food pairing
Serve chilled as an aperitif, or over shellfish, grilled fish, white meats in sauce, or more surprisingly, a goat cheese with character.
