Advice

Tasting notes
Color: deep dark garnet. Aromas: Dominant nose of red and black fruits, with notes of spices, pepper and roasting. Taste: The attack on the palate is powerful. The mid-palate is full-bodied and full with toasted, roasted, black olive and licorice notes. The finish presents a very developed tannic structure typical of this appellation. A racy wine which symbolizes the Cornas appellation with its personality.
Food and wine pairings
It is the game wine par excellence, also to be served with red meats and cheeses. This vintage will support meats in sauce, a stew with bacon for example, and all game dishes. To try on high quality chocolate desserts (Valrhona for example). Wine to decant (even young). Serving temperature: between 16 and 18 °.
