Wine & Gastronomy are the foundations of the French art of living. Our Rasteau, Tradition is based on several generations of winemakers and a unique collaboration between the know-how of our cellar master and great chefs. Together, they create a gourmet, elegant wine, typical of the Rhône Valley, designed for gastronomy.
Location
Our vines are located around the village of Rasteau. Terraces of clay, limestone and pebbles in the plain; blue marls on the hills. 200-250m high, facing the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Winemaking
Harvest is sorted and destemmed. Traditional vinification with long maceration and partial punching down.

Tasting
Raspberry, garrigue scents (rosemary, thym). Ripe and soft with a very elegant fresh final.
