Terroir
Sediment soils from the Tertiary era at the base of the Ventoux mountain: limestone, sand and clay covered with rolled pebbles.
Vinification
Cooling of the harvest to preserve the aromas and the color. Light maceration before pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
