Petit Grain takes root on three different grounds who give to this wine a unique and pleasant character. This grape is particularly delicate as it fears frost, heat and oxydation. It requires constant attention from our winegrowers, from the parcel to the cellar in order to reveal all its aromatic pallet.

Grapes are destemmed, crushed, and then cooled prior to skin contact for eight hours.
Cold settling for 24 hours is followed by cold fermentation for one month.
