Terroir

Vinification
After a traditional vinification where our winemaker seeks the most beautiful expression of the fruit, he proceeds to a slight dealcoholization by cold distillation.
This technique is particularly interesting because only 10 to 20% of the juices need to be dealcoholized, thus preserving all the colour and aromas of the wine.
