The Peyrières designates a place covered with various stones and pebbles, like the plots selected for this cuvée.
Location
Hills of clay-limestone terraces covered with pebbles.
Winemaking
Manual harvest and destemming. Traditional vinification with pumping-over at controlled temperature (25-27°).
Aromas of black and red fruits, herbs of Provence. The mouth is round and structured. The finale is aromatic and large.

Tasting
A ruby color, aromas of red fruits, spices and licorice supported by a nice structure and smooth tannins.
