In the vineyard
To produce this partially dealcoholized wine, our cellar masters have selected a blend made from the typical grape varieties of the RhĂ´ne Valley, with a beautiful structure and balanced aromas.
Winemaking
Dealcoholization is carried out at the end of fermentation through cold distillation, without adding any external elements, to preserve the structure and fruitiness of the wine as much as possible.

Alcohol content : 6 % vol.
Contains sulphites.
