Tasting
The Saint-Joseph white wine has a beautiful yellow color with green reflections. The nose is intense, fine, and complex. Floral notes dominate, with acacia, blended with honeyed tones. Over time, the bouquet will evolve with spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is soft and well-balanced. A lovely sensation of roundness. The acidity is refined and will allow the wine to age well.
Food pairings
Ideal with fish, seafood, as well as desserts
