Terroir
Soil of pebbles and limestone on south-east facing slopes.
Winemaking
Pre-fermentation maceration at high temperature. Vatting for 12 to 15 days with punching down. Temperature control for a soft extraction, on the fruit. De-alcoolization is done on a part of the juices, by cold distillation, to preserve the fruit and structure of the wine.

Tasting
Nice red color with intense red reflections. On the nose, a basket of red fruits with notes of red currant, cherry and strawberry. In the mouth, the tannins are supple and soft.
