Reviews
A bigger, richer wine, the 2020 Vacqueyras La Ponche offers a touch of barrique as well as darker cherry and strawberry fruits. These give way to more spice with time in the glass, and it's medium-bodied, with polished tannins and outstanding length. A blend of 50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, and the rest Carignan that has 30% of the blend brought up in oak, it will benefit from a year or two of bottle age and keep for 7-8 years."
