Terroir
Our vineyards flourish between plains & hills of the Vaucluse department, up to 300m high, on limestone soils covered with alluvium.
In the vineyard
Harvest at the coolest hours of the day to preserve the quality and aromas of the berries.
Winemaking
Direct pressing and cold skin maceration. Fermentation takes place at low temperature to preserve the aromas.
