Presentation
This wine is the result of a meeting between two winemakers: Michel, who has worked on the family estate for three generations, and Olivier, who took over a neighboring estate in 2014. Michel serves as a "mentor" to Olivier, sharing his experience, talking to him about "organic" and "biodynamic". Olivier is in tune with this philosophy which reminds him of his grandmother and what she taught him about herbal teas and decoctions. The two colleagues became friends and the idea of creating a wine that resembled them was born: the IGP Méditerranée "Miramont" was born!
Terroir
The vineyards are located in the plains, between Vacqueyras and Sarrians.
Winemaking
The plots are cultivated according to biodynamic principles, respecting the cycles of nature. Winemaking is done using native yeasts, without any external additives.

Tasting
The nose is captivating, with hints of spices and menthol notes. The palate is full-bodied, with flavors of ripe fruits and spices. A structured wine with a long, peppery finish.
