Terroir
This Beaumes de Venise takes root in a clay-limestone soil, on the heights of Suzette in the heart of the Triassic Terroir which gives it a great freshness.
In the vineyard
100% manual harvest.
Winemaking
The Grenache grapes are picked at phenolic maturity, the berries are lightly crushed to release the first juices. Pigeages are carried out twice a day on all the juices. The addition of Viognier (white grape variety) exacerbates the aromatic profile and brings notes of blond tobacco characteristic of the estate's wines.

Tasting
