Presentation

The wine
Muscat Petit Grains has been grown in the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the heart of the Vaucluse, for several centuries. Well-known for its fragrant bouquet, this grape variety is nevertheless very rare elsewhere in France. Nearly 60 years of experience have resulted in an elegant, delicious wine with plenty of personality and suitable for all occasions.
Terroir
Petit Grain takes root on three different grounds who give to this wine a unique and pleasant character : sandy and light hills, hillsides of Safres, mixture of gréso-sandy sediments, and terraces of old rocks. It is very convenient to the culture of the vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and then cooled prior to skin contact for eight hours. Cold settling for 24 hours is followed by cold fermentation for one month.
Varietals
Muscat blanc à petits grains
