Terroir Daronton - named after its founders - delivers the finest expression of Rhone Valley wines.
Each cuvée is a blend of grape varieties and soils, selected for their ability to deliver the most accurate expression of its appellation.

Terroir
Vines are located in the "La Ponche" and "Garrigue" sectors. Soils of blue clay and limestone.
Vinification
Harvest at optimum maturity. Short maceration of 15-18 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature (26-27°C). Daily pumping-over.
Ageing
8 months in concrete tank.
