Story

The wine
Big Coq is a real product of France, home-made in Vaucluse by artisan vignerons. It echoes with la Douce France, strutting under string lights at guiguette dance halls, nibbling at saucisson during a match, setting the world to rights on a terrace, picnicking on the beach and flirting with the towel next door. Biq Coq is proud of its tricolour roots where winemaking know-how, a love of our country and the abundance of our wine-growing heritage shine through.
Terroir
Big Coq is derived from 3 different types of soils that give it a unique, soft character : light sandy hills, slopes of safres, a mixture of sandstone sediments, and terraces of ancient scree, very conducive to the culture of the vine.
Vinification
The harvested grapes are destemmed, crushed, then cooled with a light, 8-hour maceration on the skins. Static settling for 24 hours followed by one month's fermentation at low temperature.
Varietals
Muscat blanc à petits grains
