Presentation

The wine
Rosemarie comes from the South of France, close to the Mediterranean, a land of sunshine, olive groves, lavender... and rosemary. You will love the delicate freshness of this rosé full of fruit and elegance that adapts to almost any dish or occasion.
Terroir
Rosemarie is blend of wines from various terroirs with clay-limestone soil mixed with river stones.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at the beginning of the ripening period, when their degree of potential alcohol stands at 11.5%. After clarifying the must, our oenologist chills it to 10-14°C for cool fermentation. The Charmat method is used to make Rose Mary Effervescent. Fermentation takes place in a cuve close, or closed vat. This is strictly monitored to obtain the desired pressure and fermentation is stopped by lowering the temperature. The wine displays fine fruit aromas and is naturally balanced. Ageing takes place in vat on the lees in 6 months.
Varietals
Grenache noir
Syrah
Cinsault

Tasting advices

Tasting notes
The pale pink colour is reminiscent of the light sandy soil where the grapes were grown and the fine, elegant bubbles are an invitation to taste the wine. The nose is refined and subtle, with lovely aromas of sweet almond and roast pine nuts. The bouquet also features discreet floral nuances such as violet and rose. The wine is fresh and thirst-quenching on the palate, with acidity providing excellent balance. The bubbles are delicate and the flavour profile includes redcurrant and dried fruit.
Food pairing
Rosemarie sparkling wine is ideal as a before dinner drink, with light buffets, fish dishes, tabbouleh, etc.
