Story

The wine
Muscat Petit Grains has been grown in the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the heart of the Vaucluse, for several centuries. Well-known for its fragrant bouquet, this grape variety is nevertheless very rare elsewhere in France. Nearly 60 years of experience have resulted in an elegant, delicious wine with plenty of personality and suitable for all occasions.
Terroir
Petit Grain takes root on three different grounds who give to this wine a unique and pleasant character : sandy and light hills, hillsides of Safres, mixture of gréso-sandy sediments, and terraces of old rocks. It is very convenient to the culture of the vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and then cooled prior to skin contact for eight hours. Cold settling for 24 hours is followed by cold fermentation for one month.

Tasting notes
Made for several generations, le Petit Grain owes its personality to the Muscat grape variety, which blends powerful aromas of tropical fruit and white flowers. The nose is rich and fullbodied, and the wine is generous and aromatic on the palate, with floral and white pepper nuances.
Food pairing
This wine is deal as an aperitif, but also with omelettes, salads, and seafood.
